Montpellier Business School

About Montpellier Business School

Montpellier Business School is a Montpellier-based French business school (grande école). One of the first French Écoles Supérieures de Business, the Grande école was established in 1897 by the Montpellier Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

A grande école, or French institution of higher learning, is distinct from the primary structure of the country's public university system but runs parallel to it and is frequently related to it. MBS is one such school. Grandes écoles are prestigious academic institutions with exceptionally demanding admissions procedures. A sizable number of its graduates hold the top positions in French society. Each top government, administrative, and business post in France is seen as requiring graduation from a grande école, much like the Ivy League institutions in the United States, Oxbridge in the United Kingdom, and C9 League in China.

Montpellier Business School and its Grande Ecole Programme have distinguished themselves as being outstanding by their ability to defend strong humanist values combined with an educational system based on academic excellence for 120 years. They are an institution on a human scale composed of tutors and students from all over the world. International students comprise 60% of the student body, and the institution offers an excellent education with over a hundred qualified professionals. The school’s mission is to “train, through higher education programmes, managers who are strengthened by their diversity, aware of their global responsibility in carrying out their missions and able to adapt to changes in local, national and international environments”

Additionally, MBS gives great importance to research. Research and instruction at Montpellier Business School are based on management, entrepreneurship, and innovation, as well as CSR. The faculty at Montpellier Business School, which is made up of several permanent teacher-researchers, contributes to keeping instruction current in the management science discipline, which is notoriously dynamic.

Young people are often quite open and always eager to create new plans, and this city is filled of foreign students living as many adventures as you.

Also, visiting surrounding cities or even other countries is a popular plan among all students who dwell in this metropolis. If you belong to a student organization, you can receive discounts on these excursions.

The Montpellier city itself is also outstanding with its structures and needs to be visited.
