The buildings on the campus are entered through large doors that reach 22 meters in height. The university has modern architectural features transferred from the typical Seljuk Architecture to the present with its illuminated courtyards. The exterior of the buildings, which contain both Seljuk architecture and modern architecture, is covered with natural stones brought from Anatolia. In order to keep it cool in summer and warm in winter, Ünye stone was used on the facades of the building, and polyurethanes were used as heat panels.

Yeditepe University continues its academic activities in 13 Faculties, 2 Schools, and 1 Vocational School of Dentistry, Pharmacy, Education, Science and Literature, Fine Arts, Law, Economics and Administrative Sciences, Communication, Architecture, Engineering, Health Sciences, Medicine and Commercial Sciences. It provides education in 71 programs in total with undergraduate and 4 associate degree programs. In addition, he conducts his graduate education in 87 master's and 43 doctoral programs in Atatürk's Principles and History of Revolution, Educational Sciences, Natural Sciences, Health Sciences, and Social Sciences Institutes.
