Kings College London was founded in 1829 by King George IV and later the Duke of Wellington, who became prime minister. Kings College London, one of the most established and successful schools in England, is also one of the first colleges to form the University of London. Many of its faculty have been honored with Nobel Prizes, and KCL is one of the universities that dedicates the most funding to research. It has departments that provide very successful education in many fields such as Medicine, Law, Business, International Relations, Music, Philosophy, Political Science and so on.

As the name suggests, Kings College London is located in London and has multiple campuses throughout the city. Its most important campus, The Strand, is on the Strand road, adjacent to the BBC main building, within walking distance of the British Parliament. This campus is on the banks of the River Thames and is also the main campus for Kings students, providing social activities outside of academic education. The business department is located on the Waterloo campus, in an area close to the Strand campus, and in general, the location of all of its campuses is central. Another important campus is Chelsea Campus.Kings College, which has four main campuses and seven sub-campuses in Brighton, Oxford and Bournemouth, outside London, is one of the most prestigious universities in England, providing successful education to its students. It is ranked 31st in Qs World Ranking, 38th in Times Higher Education's overall ranking, and 42nd in world reputation.

Admission and Application Requirements

For Undergraduate Departments:

  • High school transcript and graduation certificate
  • Your high school diploma grade must have a minimum GPA of 3.2/5.0 to 4.2/5.0 or 60%–70%, high school diploma from a UK recognized school or A level or international diploma graduate is a plus.
  • Purpose/Motivation letter
  • Exam result showing your international level of English - IELTS must have a minimum score of 6.5 (Exam result should not exceed 2 years) / TOEFL must have a minimum score of 86 (Minimum 20 points from each section, Exam result must not exceed 2 years)

For Graduate and Post Graduate Departments:

  • University transcript and graduation certificate
  • Your undergraduate diploma grade should be at least 3.0/4.0.
  • Purpose/Motivation letter
  • Exam result showing your international level of English - IELTS must have a minimum score of 6.5 (Exam result should not exceed 2 years) / TOEFL must have a minimum score of 86 (Minimum 20 points from each section, Exam result must not exceed 2 years)
